Petra International Ministries Vision

“Where there is no vision, the people perish.”  Proverbs 29:18

In First Corinthians, chapter twelve, we are instructed concerning a diversity that characterizes the New Testament Church of Jesus Christ.  The diversity divinely purposed within the Church represents the Body of Christ operating at its fullest potential and ultimate power!  As an international ministry, Petra International Ministries has been assigned by God a specific vision and purpose to fulfill within the Body of Christ.  Operating within the parameters of this vision will greatly determine the anointing upon the following areas of ministry:

Worship

Petra is an example of and called to lead others into a true state of worship.  Worship is obedience to God out of love for God.  Every expression of worship; dance, drama, instrumentation and song, ushers you into the very presence of God.  Petra ’s worship ministry has an international reach through musical recordings and televised dramatic presentations which plant seeds in the lives of people throughout the world.

Teaching

Petra has anointed teaching in five specific vital areas: the divine structure of the church, the education of children, the baptism of the Holy Spirit, a school of ministry and vocational training.  With all of these areas operating within the prophetic flow of this season, this anointed teaching creates a powerful spiritual element within the Body of Christ.

Restoration of the Family

Petra reclaims men and women to Christ, de-programs them and re-educates them on what it means to be a male and female.  We root out false ideologies and bring clear revelation and understanding to areas such as: singleness, sexuality, sex, gender, marriage, divorce, dating and parenting.  This produces tremendous strength within the family unit.

Stewardship

Petra exemplifies the release of the Church from economic dependency upon the world.  The word of God provides the key to bind the spirit of selfishness within the Body of Christ.  God’s anointing releases the resources necessary for the church to exemplify full sufficiency in Christ and full independence from the world.  Businesses have been birthed providing the needed services and goods to the Body of Christ and the general public.  These businesses serve as unique ministry platforms where people receive salvation, healing, and deliverance even as they purchase services and items.

Covenant

Petra is a vital instrument in the unification of the Body of Christ.  God has equipped and empowered Petra in Apostolic Ministry, which has released other churches from the grip of false tradition and man made structure.  Petra has birthed many other churches and provides Apostolic covering for assemblies worldwide.

Evangelism and Deliverance

Petra is a powerful instrument of evangelism.  Out of mature individuals who are full of faith, equipped for spiritual warfare and possessing the yoke destroying evangelistic anointing, flows tremendous deliverance, particularly in the areas of addiction (drug and alcohol, nicotine, caffeine, sex and relationships, homosexuality, food, etc).
